Ingredients

1 ½ lbs. (.681 kg) ground beef
1 can (796 mL) crushed tomatoes
1 can (398 mL) tomato sauce
1 tsp. Oh! So Garlic
1 tsp. Sunset Seasoned Salt
2 Tbsp. Italian Rustico Seasoning Blend
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 ¾ cups (15 oz.) Ricotta cheese (optional)
½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese (optional)
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and liquid squeezed out
8 oz. (227 g) uncooked lasagna noodles, broken

Instructions

Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat; drain grease. Combine cooked ground beef with crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, Oh! So Garlic, Sunset Seasoned Salt and Italian Rustico Seasoning Blend; stir to combine. In a bowl combine 2 1/2 cups mozarella cheese with Ricotta and Parmesan cheese. Spray crock-pot with non-stick cooking spray. Layer 1/4 of the meat mixture, 1/3 of the cheese mixture and 1/3 of the noodles; repeat layering twice, ending with a final meat layer. Top with 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese. Cover, cook on low 3-4 hours. Remove slow cooker lid and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
